TERMS OF SERVICES


This Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between WGY INC INC INC INC. ("Company," "we," or "us") and the individual or entity agreeing to these terms ("User" or "you"). By accessing or using WGY INC's logistics, concierge and consulting
 service (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services: WGY INC INC. provides B2b logistics coordination, concierge and consulting service. The Services may include, but are not limited to: ground transportation coordination, meet and greet arrangements, event production, restaurant's reservations, access VIP events etc.

3.User Registration: Certain features of the Services may require you to register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. User Obligations: a. You agree to use the Services for lawful purposes only. b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. c. You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services or the servers and networks connected to the Services.

5. Payment and Billing: If applicable, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of the Services as described on each approved invoice.

6.Intellectual Property: a. The content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on the Services are the property of WGY INC or its licensors. b. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without the express written consent of WGY INC.

7.Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, with or without cause.

8.Disclaimers: a. The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. b. WGY INC does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall WGY INC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Services.

10. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida.WGY INC

11. Changes to the Terms: WGY INC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of any changes in advance. By using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. This Agreement was last updated on June 18th 2023.
 
 

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

1.Cancellation Window: Clients must notify WGY INC of any cancellations at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled service. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in cancellation fees.

2.Cancellation Fees: a. Cancellations made within less than 72 hours of the scheduled service will be subject to a cancellation fee of 75% of the total service cost. b. Failure to notify WGY INC of the cancellation and a "no-show" on the scheduled date will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total service cost.

3.Rescheduling:Clients may request to reschedule a service at least 48 hours in advance of the original appointment without incurring a cancellation fee.

4.Exceptions: a. Cancellation fees may be waived under exceptional circumstances, such as documented emergencies or unavoidable situations. Clients must provide appropriate documentation for consideration. WGY INC reserves the right to waiveor modify cancellation fees at its discretion. b. Rendered Services and Retainer fees are strictly non-refundable.

5.Payment of Cancellation Fees: Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card on file or billed to the client, and payment is due within 24 hours of the cancellation.

6.Refunds: Cancellation fees are non-refundable. Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases and are subject to the discretion of WGY INC.

7.Changes to the Policy: WGY INC reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.

9.Agreement: By engaging in services with WGY INC, clients agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation policy.
